Te Ara Tūhono - ACC Navigation Service

Te Ara Tūhono – Free ACC Navigation SupportTe Ara Tūhono is a free, kaupapa Māori ACC navigation service that helps you and your whānau make sense of ACC, from understanding entitlements and claims to getting the support you need without the confusion. Our kaiārahi will walk alongside you with clear, independent guidance and culturally grounded support, so you can confidently navigate the ACC system and know your rights at every step.

This service offers:
* Kanohi ki te kanohi (face-to-face) and community-based support tailored to your needs
* Phone / Online Appointments if you are not Dunedin-Based
* Practical help with ACC claims, questions, and entitlements
* Support understanding your claim fully and ensuring you are receiving the correct entitlements
* Preparation and information for ACC reviews, so kiritaki feel confident, heard, and supported.

Kōkiri, Te Ara Tūhono isn’t part of ACC is an independent service designed to support everyday people so no one has to tackle the ACC process alone.
